  • Co-operation with Gesundes Unternehmen in a project to assess psychological stress factors in the workplace (Psychische Gefährdungsbeurteilung nach §5 Arbeitsschutzgesetz) including employee and management workshops, survey evaluation, follow-up measures
  • External senior project manager for ConMendo working on strategic HR transformation projects for their clients
  • Setting up HR processes from recruitment to payroll for two startup businesses in Berlin an Munich/London
  • Regional HR responsibility for Europe, functional reporting line with the country HR Heads, relocation of the retail business from Switzerland to Germany, introduction of new job titles, job descriptions and a unified bonus system for all levels and functions within the European sales organization (wholesale, retail, e-commerce).
  • Full HR responsibility including contract management and payroll processing for the Swiss wholesale and European retail business at PUMA in Switzerland.
  • Responsible for all external recruitment processes from graduates to senior or general management roles at the PUMA corporate headquarters.
  • Creation and implementation of assessmenct centers for the selection of management trainees and campus recruitment for the long distance train section of Deutsche Bahn.
  • Selection, recruitment and HR services for more than 100 management trainees and graduates for ABB.
